In 2018, even with declining TV viewership, it's becoming more of an issue if you aren't seen actively pushing for women/LGBT on your programming, just because of the backlash it causes.

I don't think you can compare real sports to wrestling, where personality is so much more of a factor.

Hell, even in MMA it is. Ronda to this day is probably in the top 3 biggest draws they've ever had.
