Depends on what city you are in. I’m in DC and it’s amazing here. Most of the bad 30 year olds don’t have kids.

I highly doubt or at least would assume that you are only looking for women your age get you one of those putting it together 24/25 year olds. I’m 40 and ive noticed the 24-28 year olds are definitely more cool to be around than other 40 year old plus women.

When someone is past that age where kids is no longer an option and they have no kids I look at it weird.

Men over 30 with no kids are a red flag to them because these men aren't easy to manipulate. These men have a better sense of their worth, and will drop females who start playing games.

As a man that's 35+ with no kids yeah I can see how it can be a red flag because I definitely have some issues some women might not want to deal with.
With that being said tho I feel those issues aren't that bad. I take care of myself and I ain't gotta share my money with kids.
