It's a really good feeling brehs. Especially when they're attractive. Makes you not ever want to go back to how you were before you got your diet and workout routine right.
What was your starting point breh? Skinny packing on weight or you dropped weight? Meant to ask you for a while and couldnt remember if you already posted it

My starting point was 260 lbs breh. I was legit :flabbynsick:. Started a crash diet and dropped like 55 pounds and maintained that for awhile, then I got in the gym and started lifting but I wasn't eating right so I had the bulky 50 look. Now I'm eating right and lifting right and getting enough cardio so it's all falling in line right.

I added more to the last post to give more background.
Im coming from the opposite end of the spectrum since im gaining but its all good info. Got any staple meals in your diet? I saw someone mention a nutrition thread for exchanging meals thats a good idea

I got a few

1) Oatmeal for breakfast for the 5 days a week I hit the gym

2) Protein bar after cardio which is before I lift. (30 grams usually)

3) Protein shake for lunch after my workout with a few frozen strawberries (2 scoops)

4) Steamed Cod with a salad and a sweet potato for dinner.

Depends on how much you weigh. I'm under 170 and workout with 275 :smugfavre:

Ohh and to the brehs that get the diet questions make sure to tell the chics about the Myfitnesspal app. It's a good way to get them to pull their phone out or pull yours out to show them and their number in there or tell them to put yours in their phone.

That app been having me drop 2 pounds a week since I downloaded it and started using it :lawd:
