U should know the answer to that.
Its really subjective to what a high value man is. It depends on what a particular woman finds as "high value."
Generally, a HVM is one who is gainfully employed (making six figures or above or close to six figures), attractive to opposite sex, dresses well, had good to sufficient communication and social skills, some social status, great values, ambitious, about his shyt, man of class, in shape/slim/muscular or just not too overweight, etc. Basically he 6 figs, 6 certs, 6+ ft, 6 pack, 6+ in, etc
It is but people like what they like. She has a right to like top tier men but I think she mad that too many unattractive men approach her. I think when women complain about that is a bit much cuz us men (i know for myself) get approached by unattractive women...but when I do I don't bytch about it. Even if I am uninterested...I still am nice about it. Some women just don't respond well to that, which is kinda understandable....but it is what it is.That foolishness.
Yes women do want to be approached but by men they like. Its understandable. But I don't think women should complain about being approached unless the dude too aggressive, too creepy, bad vibes or he simply can't take no for an answer. Most women don’t want to be approached by most men
