The only difference from back in the days to today is the 24 hour news cycle. Just because shyt is reported or seen more doesn't mean it never happened.

So you admit that there is a climate of gender based violence. At least by degrees.
There has always been gender based violence. I just disagree that it's "growing".
And in some ways it's safer...with recording devices and more awareness.
