Damn that’s crazy. I sat on a trial that dealt with a judge who ended up with a double lung transplant. Man literally deteriorated and died. During the trial we found out that the court house was so humid that fukkin mushrooms were growing on the rugs.

We couldn’t rule in favor of his family because mold is ubiquitous and after the transplant dude still ended up with mold on the new lungs
