Based on her account, their is a small chance she was just a light weight who got drunk and threw, they tried to clean her and put her in bed to sleep it off, and she either misunderstood what happened due to being intoxicated or used this as an opportunities to score a big settlement from a rich actor.
Because she did say she requested the drink, and despite saying she was drugged and going in and out of consciousness seems to have a very specific account of everything that happened.

That i said i think it's likely she's telling the truth because he just seems shady to me. and that religous cult stuff doesn't help his case either.
