Dallas police arent nowhere near as bad as you would expect. Texas State Troopers on the other hand 
HIV isn't as virulent and transmissible as other microbes
the chance of getting HIV from a HIV+ woman after one encounter of male to woman vaginal unprotected intercourse is about 1/5000-1/10000. If its just an one time deal its highly unlikely.
