It is a reasonable expectation that you won't be raped if someone who you thought was a friend invited you to their home and told you that you could sleep in a bedroom because you weren't in the right state of mind to drive or get home on your own.
It is also a reasonable expectation that as a host, you could set up transportation for your guest to go home if they're too impaired to do that by themselves. It really isn't that deep.
