I think the Djiguy guy probably told Kai it was cap and that he had video proof that the act was consensual. The girl herself said he was recording the sexual act and her voice is on it.

Now ofc that might be totally cap but that's the only thing that could explain how Kai moved in this situation and that's also what Kai and Rage suggested, that Kai had significant contradictory evidence he couldn't talk about for legal reasons even as he is getting dragged.
