If the man treated her right, then why not? 37 isn't young. Technically, a woman can be a grandmother at that age. I don't think most women would date a man at that age unless she feels that he is special, can provide in various ways, etc.
I think that parents have to let their grown kids go and live their lives.

At 37 she’s grown and should make her own choices. She lived her life and should know what she wants at that point.
