Some people treat small dogs like accessories. I know someone that used to drive to upstate NY and along the way would see dogs roaming around aimlessly on the side of the road, people stay driving up there and releasing dogs and driving away. Sh*t is crazy.

Just thinking about it, to actually fill up the sink with water, or even go to the toilet, and hold down the dog underwater as they struggle to break free.....your head got to be far beyond gone at that point. Sheesh.
