Its a shame because i think hugh jackman generally likes the charavter and being him.

The easiest path to not fukking this whole thing up was to put him in his actual suit and not his various leather ensembles (fukk you Singer ) that we've seen for the last 20 years. And we more than likely won't see it in this installment if he's old . This is basic stuff that they've never grasped since owning these characters

And truthfully, as far as apocalyptic future timelines go for movie plots, i thought DOFP was able to capture that fairly well as is and even came full circle with that send-off at the end to the OG cast; Wolverine seeing all of them back at the mansion, Jean and Cyclops included, like we were right back in '00 with X1.

I thought that right there was fitting closure and that DOFP might as well have been Wolverine 3 lol. So if they're goin to do another future thing where they all are dead or being killed again (but permanent this time) and end it with another send-off of sorts, well i dunno. Part of me wouldn't be surprised if Deadpool cameos in this tho... r-rated and hugh jackman's last movie? fox is too shameless to not be considering it
