Wlad has more of a case to be p4p #1 than Ward...he's been a dominant title holder in his division going back to around the same time when Ward was doing 360 nosedives to the canvas against the likes of Darnell Boone...and he's been consistently beating guys rated in the top 2-5 in his division over the course of the past 10 years...but still, i gotta go with Pac...as funny as it looks to put a dude at the top of the p4p charts comin off a lopsided loss...Wlad, who i think might be a clear #2 p4p (after Pac) is incomparable to Pac in a p4p sense...Wlad hasn't faced anything in the stratosphere resembling the Heavyweight equivalent of a Floyd Mayweather or Juan Marquez...so it's not even fair holding those losses against him if we're going to compare him p4p to Wlad Klitschko...Pac has been DESTROYING the p4p superior to alot of Wlad Klitschko's opponents in recent years...and i can't even think back to the last time Pac faced the p4p equivalent of the likes of Tyson Fury, Bryant Jennings etc. (outside of Brandon Rios) you'd probably have to go way back to the pre-lightweight days if not even further...so it's Pac.
And i don't follow the midget weights enough to know if Roman Gonzalez, who the RING & TBRB have at #2 deserves to be moved #1
