Good, I don't believe an NBA/WNBA team in Virginia of all places would've been a good idea in the first place...college basketball in Virginia is one thing but an NBA/WNBA team was a terrible idea.

Even tho the Wizards have been a very mediocre (if not downright awful) franchise for decades and the Capitals being pretty decent the last few years...both teams fit in better within the DC culture, vibes, and people.

Too many rednecks, etc in Virginia.

I believe the renovations are about $800M or so. So Ted and his partners gonna put up atleast $300M of their own money.

That area used to only be an actual Chinatown and nothing else. Businesses hanging on, about 3,000 Chinese folks lived there and not too safe at night. My dad used to drive a cab part time and said the area was a dump to him
