He sounds pretty bored and uninspired in the song...but the dressing like the indian chief thing is a bit overblown...it's a scene in a music video...prolly the director's idea as some kind of allusion to native americans being high off of peyote or whatever else drugs they had back then in the middle of the desert, and tying it in with Wiz being a weed rapper...far as his image and all that, he's pretty much the same dude he's been since I started checking for him...some sort of neo-hippy weed rapper...music's just not as fresh it was in the Kush and OJ days
