There’s no need to snitch. They already have everyone on camera, the police know who the shooter are, but can’t find them.

The killers weren’t discrete at all. They stalked X and followed him into the bike shot, then left and waited outside. Obviously, the shooters werent the brightest of people in the world, because everything was caught on camera.
