Not really got anything to do with the quality of the show. It may be due to the quality of the show the week before, I actually didn't think that was an amazing show or that it lived up to the hype, but was improved this week, the first episode was always going to get the most viewers so people could see what it's about. Not to mention they had some increased competition this week also. It's gonna be over time what the ratings does, a wrestling show could be wack for ages 6 weeks in a row, then have an amazing 7th show, if that 7th 1 wasn't promoted properly as being special the ratings wouldn't significantly differ. These things are more long term than just 1 show and take into account various factors. As I said first show didn't excite me, the 2nd 1 did and now I'm more likely to watch the next week live, I didn't even watch this week's live because the last 1 wasn't amazing so i thought I'd just catch up, but am interested enough now where I'll watch the next 1 live if possible.

You didn't comprehend that correctly....
If Seth is Universal Champ and is drafted to Smackdown or is involved in a trade he would be automatically stripped of the Universal Title being that it is exclusive to RAW.
The only way the Universal Title works on Smackdown is if RAW keeps Rollins but trade him for Lesnar the next day or end of that week... Thing is they would have to probably create a new Universal Title.
