He hasn’t been absolved as of today. He only counter filed a suit of domestic violence against her and a report stating that based on evidence Majors submitted to the NYPD (including her utilizing his credit card the night of the incident to order thousands of dollars of alcohol and providing receipts of HIM being physically assaulted that night) there was probable cause to arrest her.


If it goes to trial I have full confidence he’ll be vindicated and exonerated but as of now the charges haven’t been dropped. The NYPD seems to be hell bent on hanging their hats on this ridiculous claim that Majors lost all common sense that night and beat a woman in a blinding rage because thats apparently what nikkas do

We'll see. My issue is that a counter suit is going to present one side of evidence. The argument against me could be "but only her side was heard to start, which is why he got into this bs in the first place" which is fair. I'm just saying the trial hasn't started, and watching all these weird twitter profiles post blatantly false information looks a loooot like what we saw in the Tory/Meg case. I've already seen a couple tweets saying the ex-girlfriend was arrested today, with thousands of re-tweets.

I want to hear what his defense has to say in court. I want to hear what her lawyers have to say. And we'll go from there. The information I've seen so far today looks good for him. And if he's found innocent I'm sure I will be clowned on the Coli. Understandably so, although I don't believe I've made any wild statements on this story. We'll see what happens. I certainly hope he's innocent.

Not so much defensive but this topic comes up a lot, even in the pawg threads themselves. As I said before, too many things on here get classified as "just the internet" even when it is important yet something silly like pawg threads that are the literal definition of "just the internet" is where some of the same people draw the line.
