Same shyt ppl said last year when I said Franz Wagner was gonna be nice as hell

anything that doesn’t follow conventional wisdom is retarded

Jabari Smith has zero handle and is 6’10 but doesn’t put pressure at the rack at all . He would be another player that would rely on Cade making offense for him . Along with Bey ,Stew,Bagley and whoever is at the two. And If that pretty ass J don’t translate fully you just drafted a fancy ass Davis Bertans . Now if he does translate and his handle takes a couple leaps you got a baller …but how easy is that to develop ?

Banchero plays Zero D and needs the ball in his hands to be effective. You gonna put him with Cade and take the ball out his hands for Paolo ? Nah. Weird ass fit . Don’t think he’s ass but he’s a nikka that coli nikkas will shyt on like Julius Randle ,Booz a and every other nikka that is in that archetype
paolo i get but jabari i dont. adding a chris bosh like player to your roster cant be a negative. he doesnt need to handle the ball he’s a 4. can run a nice P&R/P&P with cade or kill. can give it to him around the elbow and he can do slight work or a nice pull up.

rather have him than jerami. but if we can land ivey im cool with that cus we need a 2

We kinda got fukked. I don’t know enough about sharpe. Dude from Arizona might be nice. Jaden I like but he not big enough for me :dame:

We need to trade grant to Portland for their pick and work some magic with it (trade down for more or get somebody else)
Portland still all in on grant. They gotta give that pick up cause they don’t have nothin else to offer. They not giving up Simmons for grant.

I think banchero and Ivey gonna still be there at 5.

Panchero doesn’t need the ball in his hands. He is not a primary ball handler. He can operate with the ball and play make and that’s a plus. That’s exactly what cade needs. More playmakers on the floor. He has a Low post game and A midrange game.

Your opinion on smith sound like u watched him flame out in the tournament and not the other 30 games he played.

Remember when we thought we were gonna get Cousins and the bum ass kings drafted him before us? I’m thinking that’s what’s gonna happen with Ivey.

Why are Piston fans so hell bent on getting rid of Grant? It would have made sense if we got in top 3 to get Chet, Jabari, or Paolo but their at 5 now. Keep Grant and draft the best Guard available in draft. Grant extension is alot but who are the Pistons actually paying? Cade is only Max guy and on year one. Bey and Stewart wont break bank in future

The thought of drafting Keegan Murray legitimately pisses me off. Couldn’t think of a worse fit for current Pistons. He does nothing that Bey and Livers don’t already do. Cade Bey Murray lineup would get run off the court. This would be a Kennard/Ellenson type pick. Edwards has to be trolling fan base with his insistence on drafting Murray

Kings drafting Ivey makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Ivey and Fox are too similar players. If Fox and Haliburton couldn’t work, Ivey and Fox certainly wont. Also just drafted Mitchell last year. Can’t have 3 small guards that all can’t shoot. But the kings are the kings

Just need to come out of draft with Ivey, Sharpe, or Mathurin. Wouldn’t even mind Duren

Grant is a good player but the pistons not ready to really make no noise. You want grant in 3-4 years or you trust weaver to flip him for a younger assets and you got them in 5 years

Think Pistons are ready to start making playoff runs. Cade is superstar in making. Bey, Stewart, Killian should be better then your adding another top 5 pick. Pistons don’t need anymore youth. They need Grant vet presence. They need a FA signing like Ayton

You can’t tell me an Ivey, Cade, Bey, Grant, Ayton lineup isn’t a playoff team

making the playoffs not enough. will that team be able to compete with the bucks boston and miami for the next 3-4 years? no. and grant gets in the way cus he’s trying to prove he’s a #1 option. cade started going off when grant went out towards the end of the season. by the time we are ready to compete grant will be on his way out anyway might as well clear him and give the pieces who are going to be there develop together

So their tanking again next year for wembanyama or Scoot?

Their not magically going to start competing with contenders by adding more and more youth. Boston has two superstar wings they developed. A super glue guy in Smart and a core of solid vets surrounding them. Miami and GS are old rosters that had infusion of a few young prospects that have taken off (Poole, Kuminga, Herro, Bam).

Pistons will have all the cap space in the world next two years. Superstar players aren’t coming here. A severe overpay for Ayton is best type of signing Piston can hop for.

Cade is your star. Hopefully the 5th pick in this draft in your second star. Then surround them with 3 and D wings Bey and Grant. Cade and Grant played well together after all star break. Doubt Grant is some egomaniac that thinks he’s the man. He’ll play within team. That’s what he’s done the majority of his career.

we’re not gonna be good so we not really tanking.

we’ll be in the lottery again next year for sure cus we just not ready. even adding ayton.

best way to add ayton and be able to compete is to draft duren or keegan trade grant and a player for ayton via sign and trade and still have money left over to bring miles bridges home.

cade bey bridges keegan/duren and ayton plus bagley as 6 man is good squad to develop and be able to get passed the second round by year 2-3 together. grant has to go tho to make this happen.

They would have to give up something for ayton. Draft Ivey or sharpe and turn grant into ayton would be a more likely scenario.

I think the pistons can be in a hornets type position next year with or without grant

Grant need to stay, just for the poetic irony of Horace Grant nephew possibly adding chips to the Pistons, after he called the teams some bytches.
