Only reason I say Italian is overrated is bc it's the same thing in every dish damn near. Pasta, tomatoes, olive oil and garlic. I just described 90% of their recipes

I get the feeling that people who say Italian food is overrated aren't from the Northeast, Chicago, Florida, or Southern Cali... where Italian people and culture is strong as fukk
If you been those places and tasted the food there, it would have you

I never said anything about the taste of the food. I said it's overrated bc it's the same ingredients. I know the recipes bc I studied them when I was in culinary school
