It’s inconsistently managed.

Take that with a Miami offense on their 2nd RB, their 2nd or 3rd TE, their top WR out for the year and...fukkin Malik Rosier unable to convert on 3rd downs all year which puts the defense on the field even more...AND having the refs never call holding when the Miami defense is in the offensive backfield, motherfukker you tell me how shyt is supposed to work.
