This is gross and a blatant power grab, but its what those who oppose the filibuster support… only at the state level.
Whoever is in power, wielding that power, doing what they want, pushing their agenda, regardless of how the other side and/or the people feel.
It’s just gross when the other side is in control…

It wouldn't be an issue if politicians weren't choosing their electors via partisan and unfair gerrymandering.

We still need HR1. If they passed all this shyt and the playing field wasn't corrupted, at least I'd be confident saying "that's what the people want".

It would still be an issue… it may be hard to accept but there are many parts of the country rethugs win without gerrymandering.
… and corruption is an inescapable reality. Not much value in presenting scenarios where its absent.
