You just gotta want it bad enough. Being slim isn't enough. I wanted to get faster and stronger, and look better. I like having more restful sleep, clearer skin (due to water intake, cleaner diet, andfrequent workouts), I like that picking up a cup to drink from causes my bicep to bulge, usually prompting people to notice, etc.
There are no upsides to *not* working out. Remember that and you can get started with something as simple as 100 squats, 100 pushups every morning until you can do both in less than
20 minutes. Then its time to really step up.
