Yeah A first date should be time to get to know the person and see if you are compatible or not. While showing a girl you have means to take care of her and a family is great I think it's most important to see if you should even be a couple in the first place before all that money/time spending happens.

Chicks can be pulled driving something regular or something crazy. That's a fact. The man makes the car the same way the man makes the clothes.
BUT
To act as if having the symbols of material wealth and accomplishment mean nothing would be tomfoolery. Thinking that a dude who looks like money and success is going to have the same hurdles as a regular dude who looks regular would be to delude oneself. Yes, there's the capability of getting the same woman. But the route they will have to take will generally be much different. And the probabilities will be skewed.
Let's be real, women tend to put themselves in the perimeter of men who look like money. Women put themselves in the perimeter of VIP. Women put themselves in the perimeter of exclusive events that cater to monied men. Women put themselves in the perimeter of social activities that attract men with resources. Women break their neck to get to All-Star weekend or Black MBA Association Galas, etc.
Women don't put effort into meeting dudes who look like they're supervisors at Kinko's making 38K per year and living with their parents. Women don't break their necks to be around men they deem to be regular, even if they are regular themselves. Does that mean that regular dudes don't or can't get women? No, it just means that are not in demand. Women run into these dudes.....they don't run after them.
A car does not mean wealth or money, but it can look like it. And that's all it takes.

Why would I spend $250 just to find out if we are going to be in a relationship or not when I can find out for a lot cheaper at Star Bucks over 4.95 drinks I know women who store guys numbers in their phone for what the guy is being used for my home girl got a guy stored in her phone as (FOOD) wonder what he is being used for?
