It really doesn't though. Attraction does not trump race. Maybe in other countries, here in America that's not the case. You might be able to make the case for non-black women but those rules aren't for same for members of the black race here in America. If attraction trumped race, then why are you still advocating dating out? BW have been with white men for centuries in this country. So why are black women not chosen like the others? Which is ironic because he's the one who made the rules to begin with. So he could easily break them, but for some reason holds the line.
The problem is black women are mad that white men won't claim them publicly. White men are fukking the hell out of black women, that secret isn't a secret anymore. Everyone knows that. So yes he'll fukk them, but he won't claim them, which is why there's been such a push to highlight wm/bw relationships in the media and elsewhere (social-engineering). Go to black women forums there's always black women pushing the "swirl" agenda. Look at dating sites they publicly proclaim they're "down with the swirl", "I love white guys", "looking for white man".
All in all it's a laughable concept. If the white man wanted black women like that he'd have them. It's a numbers game. All else being even there's more women than men of every race. He has to keep white women (white supremacy going by making white babies), asian women, indian women, arab women, hispanic women and black women. Be mad all you want, but there aren't enough white men to go around for all of y'all that want them. The white man has to make choices and black women don't rank as high as other races of women to him. It's just what it is.
Besides if white men gave black women the validation they wanted, saying "I love black women" wouldn't be enough to get their foot in the door anymore would it? I think he knows, and he's taking advantage of it. No man is gonna make things harder on themselves than they have to have sex. It's 2015, white men aren't afraid of approaching black women in public or online. That excuse may have been valid in 1990 but not anymore.
