There is too much hypocrisy going on. This story is about one woman. One woman. The first few replies tried to apply this one woman's choices to "a lot" of Black women. And it went unchecked. But then some of you have the nerve to act victimized that a couple of posters have brought the actions of "a lot" of Black men into it.

How about we critique the counter productive actions of this one woman and leave Black people as a whole out of it?

For arguments sake, let's assume the story is 100% true, can you explain how this one woman's actions are "counterproductive"?

They may not be counterproductive to her individually, if that's what you mean. $180K a year no matter where you live in the world is nothing to sneeze at. Unlike many I don't even assume her self esteem is in the dumps in order for her to do this. People prostitute themselves, and not just sexually, for far less every day and without a care in the world.

But for Black people, yes it is counterproductive. The idea as a collective is for us to get from underneath the foot of white supremacy, not to find a comfortable wedge to live in at the bottom of the shoe. A Black person performing racist tropes for white dollars is pretty much the epitome of the latter.
