I'm pretty sure Feige said T'Challa wouldn't be recast. It's unfortunate, but if it ever does happen, Winston Duke would be a horrible choice.

They could've just changed it to a prequel and kept the same actors and actresses. Just use makeup and CGI to appear younger if needed. Still have T'Challa as a teenager.
