agreedHe got a coach fired and is trying to play it off like he had no idea, the dude thinks everyone is stupid and didn't see the shyt he was doing.
LOL stop it. He would be getting killed worse than he is now.If he'd just come out and say he didn't think Blatt could coach this would be over with, but the fact he's going the other way and playing dumb is why it will persist.
Pretty sure he feels that others wanted Blatt just as gone as he did (Kevin Love, JR, etc.)
So why should he be the only one blamed for the firing
Then again, he who wears the crown![]()
J.R. Smith on David Blatt: 'I'd run through a brick wall for Coach'J.R. Smith on David Blatt: 'I'd run through a brick wall for Coach'
"First things first, before we get into basketball, Coach really cares about me as a person," Smith said when asked about why being a Cavalier has been so good for him. "That's one of the first coaches I've had that actually cared about me off the court more than on the court, so it was that much easier for me to play for him and give my all because I know he cares about me as a person.
"When you have someone like that behind you it's so much easier just to play. I'd run through a brick wall for Coach."

Ok, I was wrong about JR
I think what made it worse was when he sat in the coaches chair, chopping it up with Lue.This nikka better man up and deal with the criticismHis actions played a major part in his firing

No he wouldn't it, the only reason this shyt is persisting like this is cause he keeps acting like he had zero involvement with it.
It's like when he signed with the Cavs and left Wiggins out of the letter, but acted like he had no idea the Cavs would trade him for Love, then come to find out he called Love up. That became a bigger story because he kept acting like it just slipped his mind.
Magic nor mj had to come out and say that. He just needs to say next question like a man.He got a coach fired and is trying to play it off like he had no idea, the dude thinks everyone is stupid and didn't see the shyt he was doing.
