When I interviewed him a while back, he said he was making an EP with Cookin' Soul that had a summer "It Was Written" feel to it. But it seems like he scrapped that idea.

too much music. I didnt fully get in to DM2 because I listen to several new albums a week so sometimes shyt gets missed. I loved Capital Gains. You though DM2 was better than that?

Last year was crazy. I still have a few projects queued up on my must listen to playlist.
Man...I loved Capital Gains. Don’t get me wrong. But I liked DM2 just a little bit more. Which surprised me because Capital Gains had production from V Don too, and other producers I love like Alc, Evidence, and Muggs.
But there’s something about DM2 that just seemed more cohesive to me. Whenever you check it out I’m curious what you think about it compared to Capital Gains.
