Steinerizer just looks like its meant to be botched
I forgot with team did that but with a DDT instead![]()
Was watching some Raws from 93 and Scott and his opponent used to be botching the hell out of the Frankensteiner![]()
It's up there as one of the most protected moves in the history of pro wrestling.
Only kicked out by Masato Tanaka in ECW, and bum azz Chris Sabin in TNA ONLY bc someone was late with the run in![]()
Man, back it up. fukk top 3. When you think about it, the Dudley Boyz were everything a fan would love. They got people LEGITIMATELY heated and emotional with their sonnings and there was NOTHING anyone could do. They told them so...
Dudes were just calling people "fakkits" to their face. Female fans got mad andat them....they're walking up to the rails and
right back. No fukks given.
I was watching the clip where Sid shows up in ECW and Bubba just walks up to his face and goes, "What do you think, you big, dumb, blonde fakkit? We're afraid of you?"
...they caught the beats, of course, but they always went out like G's and made people look good.
How many long-standing tag teams served as a face of racial unity AND the average wrestling fan? Two guys from NY in nerd glasses and tacky camo/tye-dye with suspenders. One fat white guy that was always down to catch a body....one semi-religious black guy like Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction.![]()
Great thread.
I never got the love for the Legion of Doom. They were retarded goons, they reminded me of Beebop and Rocksteady from the Turtles
My only good memory of them is when the New Age Outlaws sonned them to bolivia in early 98![]()
Tanaka was a G so it's acceptable. On my life, I was going through videos, debating making a "Was Mike Awesome the original Brock Lesnar?" and it brought back all the memories of Tanaka and Mike Awesome killing each other. I was just a little fella, watching like :lupepopcorn:
