yeah they reconciled before his passing but its common wrestling knowledge. he loves his mother though so he is a good guy but not a super hero like the media have made him out to be.

I always noticed over the years that he seemed to acknowledge his mother more than he did his pops. I just chalked it up to him not seeing him much growing up with him being on the road all the time.

:russell: Oh, that's right, it's a new year. Gotta get the annual "The Rock doesn't claim his blackness" thread out the way.

Even though the Rock has always identified as exactly what he is, half black and half Samoan. Outside of daps, if you created this thread for meaningful discussion, please give us examples of what it means to "embrace blackness." What kind of behavior is he not engaging in that he should be.:mjpls:


What exactly should The Rock be doing that he's not doing that apparently all the other black celebrities are doing?

It is interesting within history the biggest stars have this racial ambiguity about them.
