I'm sure his other projects need to start production also and don't need this still hovering.

Yeah he has to get in front of it for these projects to be released. He is also controlling the narrative by releasing it on his IG and by taking "fans written questions".

But he is still going to have to get out there and eventually do the movie promotion circuit in the states and internationally. He is a international star and I actually believe it will be easier to get Americans fans/movie watchers to get over it (since we are bombarded with info 24/7). Than say the international fans who customs and how they view Americans and black Americans is totally different.

I think Will was shocked by the backlash. A lot of famous folks are shocked when they fall from grace and see the same fans who cheered them boo them and wish bad things happen to them.

We see it all the time especially with black entertainers.
