Not a SINGLE person would say they want ID2 over BB3.
And will said in this same exact interview only reason he didn't do ID2 was because he chose Suicide Squad over it. Obviously that was the MUCH better choice.

Yeah I'm disappointed he's not in independence day 2. Wish he could've done it and did suicide squad, but that wasn't possible.
