Bama-LSU had the third lowest ratings of the BCS era, and that's with a major market (New Orleans) behind it. I think people are really overrating how popular Bama is. Yes they're a historic program........but it's still Alabama. It would get high ratings, but that's entirely because of ND's massive fanbase.

FSU vs ND would do crazy numbers probably the most ever. Hell they smashed bowl ratings last year and that was a Thursday evening 4 loss bowl game. Don't forget FSU vs ND in 93 was already game of century hype status and did crazy numbers.
