Its like you build a nikka up just to tear him down.

Soon as a nikka drops an album and gets alot of love...all of a sudden he's trash :wtf:

the other day I seen a thread about pill woulda had a better album then meek mill :heh:...how when pills last mixtape was basura?

and now nikkas is really comparing meek mill to silk the shocker? really? howcome this comparison didnt come after his first 2 mixtapes? :comeon:

you hate when a nikka talks about sh!t that aint real (ross)...then you turn around and call a nikka who raps about his real life redundant (meek mill)?

you hate when a nikka talks street sh!t but doesnt live it (plies)...then you hate when a n!gga does street sh!t (eg. keef..reese..etc)

if your money aint right...do somethin about it...getting mad at success wont make your pockets any fatter you bum azz n!ggas

PLEASE LOVE MY MEEK :cape:

hooold up

are you implying that wakas album is better because it has "more variety"

let me ask you. if meek were to make sh!t up to add variety...would you prefer that over rapping about what he knows with less variety?

that will let me guage what type of fan you are

it has nothing to do with making shyt up.

I wuz with u up until the end when real and good nikkas got thrown under the bus:usure:

But it is funny how nikkas can like the mixtapes but let the rapper use the same formula on the album and they hate it bcuz its called a album:mindblown:....how about we call the 2 mixtapes "albums" and call the album a mixtape to help y'all feel better:snoop:....I notice this shyt a lot t/s is right....and I ain't comin to Meeks defense I'm talkin in general

u dont see any difference in a free mixtape and a retail album that people spend 10-15 dollars to buy? there shouldn't be any difference in quality?

It's a lose, lose situation for artists.

If they stick to their formula fans will say the sound is stale and they need to switch up. If the album has a more mainstream sound they'll get called a sell-out.

The majority of hip-hop fans don't know what they want to hear. We're just really good at pointing out shyt we don't like.

u dont see any difference in a free mixtape and a retail album that people spend 10-15 dollars to buy? there shouldn't be any difference in quality?

The difference is one will sound like a nikka tryna sell records and get his advance back and the other won't sound like he's tryna get paid musically, in 90% of unestablished nikkas on a major these are the circumstances.

The difference in quality u should be expecting is it should sound mixed better, and not have dj's screaming all over it...let's just admit nikkas have got way too spoiled with these mixtapes...rappers gon have to handle that....if the mixtape is u really giving us the raw you that fans want to hear, what's the selling point of your album if it can't sound like ur mixtape 99% of the time becuz execs won't go for it....rappers would have to collectivly go back to making they mixtapes all be teasers, snippets to stop the bleeding and make dudes ever happy with albums again.
