I'd rather see him average a triple double then average 35+ points.
It's obvious I don't like dude but In his 3rd year he avg'd 31 7 6 and in his 5th year he avg'd 30 7 7. 40 points a game? As someone said it's not called for but he could easily do it if he wanted to w/ a high fg% I've always wondered if he'd avg a triple double. You can't hate just to hate.. Dude is probably the most gifted player, including Jordan i've ever seen in my life. I just don't know if he takes it serious enough or he really just pumps kool-aid
Kobe put up numbers like that his first couple of years.
29 5 6 in his 3rd year starting, 30 6 7 in his 5th year starting.
Difference is, his peak was higher than anything Bron ever did. (35 4 5 on 45%)
Bron had some of the sorriest squads in league history his first couple of years in Cleveland. You would've thought he'd break 30ppg more than twice . Bean or Jordan would've averaged 30 every season on those squads.
Lebron's already lost some of his athleticism, and statistically his jumper has gotten worse this year.
I dont think he can anymore, but he could have his first couple of years in the league.

coolI Don't even like Bron like that, but that nikka is still the most pound for pound athletic player in the league.

That's the difference between Bron and those two, Bron doesn't just jack up shots.
The fact he averaged 9 assists one year in Cleveland is more remarkable than any stat mentioned in this thread. How did he do that? He was their only threat. Was he passing to himself?
Dude is unselfish while the other two will jack until their arm falls off and then they'll jack with the other.
"Kobe's peak" as you call it... how far did they go in the playoffs? Exactly. Jacking shots is great for individual statistics but not so great for the team. Kobe sacrificed wins for shots. He averaged 35 and they got bounced in round one. Great job, Kobe.
Kobe trails MJ and LBJ in TS% and PER by a significant margin in each category. He isn't as efficient.
Honestly, I think it's pathetic that Kobe trails LeBron in TS% considering how poorly LeBron shoots FTs. That means Kobe really be jacking shots. He still hasn't learned the difference between a shot and a bad shot. It's all the same to him.
this lame obviously watches too many box scores and not enough games.

I can tell by your constant stat-geeking that you weren't even watching the NBA that season.
Bean carried that bum ass lottery team into the playoffs. The 05/06 Lakers had a better winning-percentage when Bryant scored 40+ points; than when he scored less than 40 points.
But yeah, the Lakers would've prospered more if Smush and Kwame took more shots
