SINY!!
Only in warm weather....like others have said, they are good alternative to wearing wifebeaters all the time.

I wear them fitted to my frame (maybe even go down a size), and only NBA Soul. I dont really care about the newer ones. Just give me a handful of my favorite players of the 80's and 90's and Im good.

I see hipster CACs rock old champion nba replica jerseys in the summer on some vintage shyt.
But nah it wont be like the early 2000s (or the mid 90s either). aside from going to games.

But like others have said, you never know...dudes are rocking hightop fades and snapbacks again and the kids in 2012 dress like its 1990-92. That fashion going in cycles shyt has accelerated.
By 2015 cats are probably gonna have baggy jeans and carhatts will be mainstream again (fukking Stussy cameback brehs)

So you never know

I got a authetic yankees jersey I rock.

I don't follow trends I wear it cuz Robinson cano is one of my favorite players, yanks road jerseys are sick and I like baseball.Black people are trend followers

I've seen 50-60 year old whites wearing jerseys cuz they're fans.I dont conform to what's in or acceptable to blacks ,I wear whatever I feel like rockin

I HATE the Yankees, but I met him before at a little lounge on Dyckman, he was cool as fukk. He's my boy's cousin.

I was big into jerseys when they were popular

I would go on ebay and knew a guy that would get the official ones from Mitchell & Ness and sell em for around $80-100.

problem was they were all like XXXXXL size and my plan was to take them to a taylor and get them readjusted to fit.. well I ended up stacking em up and never wearing em

so now Ive got a closet full of jerseys that are 8x too big

:dwillhuh: this is easily the funniest thing I've ever read. You was going to get gigantic jerseys tailored to your size. :deadrose: any tailor would've laughed you out the shop.

Thats that bootleg shyt there. I think what killed jerseys more than anything were the knock offs. nikkas would spend 300 on an authentic m&n and dudes would go to a damn van and spend 50 on a bad quality jersey and not give a fukk. At one point I was seeing more fakes then authentics.

That shyt is atrocious.

Cosign the point about knockoffs killing the game.

:ohlawd: Haven't worn this one in years

I have a closet full of jerseys. All of them authentic. Throwback Magic Johnson, Away Kobe, All Star game jerseys, the black and pinstripe Jordan. Hell, I even have the navy blue Cavs jersey.

I don't even think they wear those anymore.

They'll come back in full swing one day, but I'll probably have no desire to wear them anymore. If I have a son, I'll just give 'em to him one day. Crazy to think all the jerseys I own of present day players will be considered throwbacks in fifteen/twenty years.

I have a handful of MLB jerseys, and I still rock the navy Yankee one on weekends in the summer with a basic tank underneath. Got a decent amount of NFL jerseys, too.

man, if yall want to rock jerseys, then rock that chit.

smh @ waiting for something to come back "in style". MAKE YOUR OWN STYLE.

ive been rockin jerseys since the mid-90s. i fell back when it became trendy in the early '00s. it lost its luster. i have bad memories of seeing people who dont know the first thing about sports, mis-matching the wrong teams with their hat & jersey combos.

I remember in the early 2000s everybody & they grandma had jerseys. A nikka could wear a jersey everyday of the week :win:

I remember seeing someone with this jersey and I had the :what: face

$(KGrHqNHJDcE63Z(k0pIBO09FBMycQ~~60_35.JPG

stuff like this are the reasons why they died out like they did.

really, jerseys were always popular and ALWAYS had a shelf-life, sorta like timberlands.

but it just got way too out of hand and became a fad in the early 2000s. this is why i hate when the general public latches onto things. bandwagoners ruin everything.:to:

Jerseys will always make a comeback.......

I remember early 90's hockey jerseys were the fad.....then mid 90's it was the football jerseys.....then 2000 and up it was pretty much basketball and baseball jerseys.....

now watch hockey jerseys make a comeback in a couple of years.
