May start out small, but the ideology can grow. Look at the movement Tariq has created. Look how big the word "c00n" and "white supremacy" and "bedwench" are?

Tariq didn't create them, but they weren't part of daily conversation until he made them popular. He's achieved this and hasn't offered a actual solution that would work yet.

No. Hispanics don't have a code. They have a language, but not a code. Way too fragmented to have some universal code. A Mexican is gonna look out for other Mexicans. Salvadorians with other Salvadorians, PR with other Ricans, Dominicans with other Dominicans. Beyond that, other than knowing what they're saying, they're not a monolith.
