Yeah Koei Tecmo got a winner with this right here, the fact you can jump automatically got me liking this more that MH:Rise :pachaha:

I'm still trying to get a grasp of the storyline but the gameplay and seamless co-op is excellent. They dropped a performance patch already and this game is running great for me so far..

All I wanna know is does this game control janky as fukk like Monster Hunter? That's my only real complaint about Monster Hunter is those janky ass controls.

Hell nah, controls are on point and fluid as fukk. You can jump, dash/ dodge, combat is responsive. You can sheath your weapon and get the hell out the way.

I mean, it's a KoeiTecmo game so combat was my LEAST concern with this game :pachaha:

Okay so after spending some real with time this game (About 25 hours) this game is actually really amazing and if EA sticks with it could be a serious threat to Monster Hunter.

This game is essentially a single player action RPG, in the vein of a souls game (aka sekiro) but with a mix of breath of the wild, monster hunter, grounded and Fortnite. Sounds odd but yeah... Lol.

I feel like it's a huge fumble that the PC port is so bad right now and the graphics are a mix between beautiful and the switch at times.

The character models are really great, the environment top notch, the monster super unique, the combat is fluid smooth and uniquely differently for each weapon. The voice acting is surprisingly good too.

With that said there's definitely some jank, bugs, awkward ways to trigger things, how they explain and list things.....but if you're looking for something to sink sometime into that's fun and smooth and that will test your skill this is the game.

The learning curve is kind of brutal depending on how you approach the game, it's easy to miss important details and wander around confused wasting time.

But man it's a great game, hopefully it sells well enough for at least an expansion

Bruh I wasted a good 30 minutes of my life early in the game when I ended up in the cave with the collapsed blacksmith chick. I left her on the ground, slid thru the caves walls and start exploring and couldn't find my way back :heh: :snoop:

these goofies really fixed their keyboards to type "A CPU threading issue has been fixed. We are seeing significantly improved performance on high-end PCs"

Love this game :wow:
I'm tryna convince my boys to buy it, but they don't wanna pay full price for it saying it's a Monster Hunter knockoff, even though the two die-hard Monster Hunter fans I got on my friend list love this fukking game, one of them said he's 100% team Wild Hearts now too, he aint going back to MH unless they make some serious changes. Wild Hearts is applying pressure out here.

Mannnn, some of these Mighty Kemono have that from software input reading AI. The claw is a bit too good at avoiding stuff while in the air.

Nodachi might be the worst weapon in the game. Its like MH Hammer except it can't stun/KO the monster and costs stamina to charge, the same stamina you will need to evade monster attacks.
