I can say whatever now. I would like to think I’m mature and compassionate enough to put my ego to the side and try my best to keep my family intact, but I don’t know what I’d do in this situation. It will probably depend on the age of my current children, my stress levels, financial expectations, and what new terms I want in the marriage.

My thing is, in the heat of the moment, I don’t think it’s wise to make long term decisions, unless it’s a life or death situation.
