Because God (or whatever you want to call him) created a natural world. Of which humans are a part of. As humans we have the perception and self awareness to create ARTIFICIAL societies which have man made customs and laws.

Children being off limits is a man made construct. As uncomfortable as it is...this is the truth. A entity as powerful as God, when he wants or doesn't want something, he gets it.

Unfortunately God created some sick (from my perspective) adults who are attracted to kids. God created some humans to be capable of having children at a young age. Humans created laws that children are off limits for economic, moral, and custom reasons.

A lot of 10 year olds can't give birth...technically speaking but some can. Read somewhere that girls who play sports and exercise tend to have delayed puberty whereas overweight girls face that shyt at an earlier age.

The soccer/gymnastics girls in elementary school didn't really "change" much until high school while the sedentary girls from my school looked like they were 17 in the 6th grade.
