I got friends who don't have their ear peirced because growing up their pops taught them only girls and sissys wear earrings. And I'm sure its dudes on this board whose father taught them the same thing. Then it was okay to have the left ear peirced but not the right cause if you the right one peirced that meant you were gay. But now we don't look twice at a man with an earring in both ears unless we commenting on how big the diamond in it is.
