Forget the elite talents. There's no excuse for why HBCU's can't even attract the Steph Curry's and Damian Lillard's of the pool. Start there and work your way up like every other reputable program

.Imagine the ripple effect if Butch McRae, Ricky Roe, and Neon Boudeaux had decided to come to a HBCU together instead of going to Western University. HBCU's would instantly have CAc "friends of the program" money would start flowing and Tony probably would have never gotten involved in point shaving.
