He employs a ton of blacks at his companies. Most of his shows have black cast too.
you do known that comics from comic view sue him for for money that he has not paid them. he also does not give heath benifits

Well If they didnt get benefits they knew that when they signed up. And whatever contact dispute they had is between them. Every producer and network gets lawsuits especially when you get as large as his company is now ( BET and tyler perry studios had em too) but thats not the topic at hand.

it is the topic at hand, how are you going to file suit on discrimination claims, when you have a problem paying residuals, expenses, salary's. And health benefits

How you ask?... its pretty simple... you file a discrimination suit if you can prove you're being discriminated against. And the judge agreed the case has merit. end of story.
You're just like those clowns that bring up black on black crime when someone is talking about police brutality to deflect from the topic at hand. what your talking about is irrelevant to the issue at hand.
