Hey hey hey hey hey these a difference, the actors aren't playing characters in this is the end.
They're called dueling movies. Most of the time they're coincidences that come out the same year and sometimes like The Raid: Redemption and Dredd 3D they have similar plots but nobody was trying to rip each other off.
I don't mind them actually. Sometimes I'm looking a for a particular plot that if one of the movies don't execute it properly or I don't enjoy it I watch the other with the similar plot.
