:ld:

He has a case - there's a heavy dose of miscommunication in there and he tells the masseuse to stop. But he managed to make it funny so :yeshrug:

It's still cheat. A wife would be tripping as hell about his husband kissing on the lip with somebody else "I can't believe you kiss her".....while the husband be like :whoa: "She kissed me first so I stopped her".

Larry got a hand job is worse than kissing on the lips. Larry stoped at when he counts "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 8.....STOP STOP STOP" :heh:

that's why that show is funny as hell.....Larry David brings the show back :mjcry:

cheating creates drama and the last thing a comedy should have is drama. when sitcoms get serious it usually kills the show imo.

Yeah there's good drama for a comedy, which is the inherit drama that we have in life; that conflict, but once you go into people cheating, that's normally not funny. Let's look at Al Bundy: It's funny for Al to daydream about cheating on Peg or leaving Peg but whenever he's had the opportunity, it's never happened because you think take your likable character with flaws and turn him into an unlikeable character with flaws and that's not funny

I finally seen the series finale a few years back. Them hitting the lottery was just a story Roseanne wrote. Most
of the last couple seasons didn't really happen.
Worst series finale EVER

Im remember watching that shyt like :dwillhuh: :wtf:

So Roseanne and Dan didn't split? Dan died? She didn't hit the lottery? David and Becky are together? Mark and Darlene are together? :mindblown:

Basically everything that we watched never happened

because its not funny

but theres always 1 or 2 episodes where the husband gets tempted

and in the case of al 4tds in one game bundy it happens a few times every season

It doesn't have to be funny. All the comedy shows have drama moments. They can be separted and move on with their lifes or still be seprated and stay together for the kids' sake or the kids can be suspected why their parents be mad at each other all the time, etc while the parents didn't realize their kids know something is up, etc....you can make it funny like that. I'm sure they can do that.

Let me get this straight. If the comedy movies can do this then why couldn't sitcoms do this too?

because movies are standalone

in a tvshow you'd have to keep that narrative for the rest of the series
its not funny

thats shyt you do when you write off a character
