I heard there's a treasure map on the back of it....
its a piece of history is why it's "sacred", but it should be ammended just for PR purposes.
But then again tea party/conservatives would literally crap their pants
Why do people think the only the Tea Party should be concerned with the stripping away of the Constitution, particularly the Bill of Rights.................if you don't have those rights written as a covenant between the people and the state.......then what is your alternative??
I'm trying to understand...........do people:
NOT WANT freedom of speech, assembly, press, religion
NOT WANT a speedy, public trial, w/ a jury of peers, a lawyer, or self representation
NOT WANT the ability to avoid self-incrimination
NOT WANT the ability to avoid double jeopardy,
NOT WANT due process of law
NOT WANT the ability to be justly compensated by the government for loss of property of public use
NOT WANT the right to prevent unreasonable searches and seizures w/o a judged issued warrant
NOT WANT the ability to avoid excessive bails if the alleged crime doesn't match it
NOT WANT to ability to avoid cruel or unusual punishment
NOT WANT quartering of troops in your home
NOT WANT the ability to protect yourself via arms
Folks not in the Tea Party should be just fervent about protecting their freedoms....and let me say the Tea Party is not a monolithic...its alot of fake folks in there, as politicians and supporters......but still a bunch of white folks claiming they want liberty shouldn't be exclusive.......you as an Black, Asian, Hispanic young person should desire to have those above protections/rights/liberties secured and perpetuated......
Yet the last couple of years has seen the entire document incrementally trashed and folks fooled into thinking its a worthless old document that represents represents racism....instead of being astute and realizing the principles in that document protect everyone, even it wasn't initially written in that way.....
The Bill Rights is Official Piff of this country....other nations have adopted its principles up until the last couple of years, when we seemed to have reinterpreted to the point of almost rejecting it.......
This site is awesome, it briefly explains the origin of each of the Bill of Rights,
US Constitution Laws

They say that ALL MEN (<<< first red flag) are created equal they have to later add that black people count as humans. They have to specifically remind people that women deserve rights too.
What I take from this is that ALL WHITE MEN are created equal and everyone else is garbage who needs to serve their masters. With this as the foundation of the document, I reject it outright.
Now, if there's any good stuff in there, we can keep it but it is seriously time to just start over (like 'our' founding fathers did). The laws we have on the books are 10,000 pages long such that no one human can even tell you what's in the law. How do we follow/enforce laws that no one can explain?
Our "genius" political system hardly works. Lok at what the Repubs have done to the process just because of racism (back to the fundamental flaw with the foundation of the USA). The main problem is leaving government up to popular opinion. You wouldn't trust a group of Wal Mart mouth breathers to vote on how to fix your car, administer medical attention to your family, or even the rigth way to care for your lawn, so why do we think Joe Sixpack can choose a good leader? He can't most of the time.
Our country is run by lawyers and lobbyists (meaning the actual politicians are often lawyers who are beholden to lobbysists). Why wouldn't we employ experts in economics, social science, environment, and technology to run things? Why wouldn't the POTUS have to have a PhD in - you know - being the Prez?
O/P is a troll, a mole, or just a plain idiot. You can argue that the Constitution didn't apply to all residents of the USA for a few hundred years, but you can't argue that it's one of the most beautiful political statements ever written to specify a man's right in this world, and within his nation. Some things don't merit a response. Arguing why the Constitution is sacred/important is like saying why do humans feel it is important to breathe. at unwritten rules in a non tribal society. You would have been chipped and working in a gulag a long time ago had it not been for the Constitution. That's why the government tries so hard little by little to take bits and pieces of it away, they can't control you with the Constitution in place.
The Constitution is an evolving document...that's why there are amendmentsGot damn y'all are dumb.
Whatever you think is good KEEP IT
All the bullshyt (about me being a fukking animal) TRASH IT.
Simple. But then again "simple" is a relative term.
So once again: WE NEED TO START OVER AND PEN SOME NEW, REASONABLE, shyt. Not do away with the entire idea of laws. I neve even said anything like that. Y'all just like fussing.
The Constitution is an evolving document...that's why there are amendments
You are either a troll or don't understand the Constitution.
Okay my bad.
Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Magna Carta, all laws on the books, Communist Manifesto, and each state's charter
Need to be overhauled.
So back to the real question (which I think has been successfully avoided this entire time):
Why not correct and simplify all the bullshyt down to something logical and clear?
The men who wrote *all of the above bullshyt* thought I was an animal and women were - at best - child-like. So fukk them and fukk you if you share their bias.
Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence
..........How much simpler can the Bill of Rights be........shyt ain't that complicated. I mean its in 17th century legalese.....if that's what you mean by too complicated?? Ask for an explanation or look up the words you don't understand......
6th amendment
^^^^That shiit ain't that complicated breh.....everything in bold are the main points........maybe a few words you might have to look up to make sure you understanding right......but damn...basic 10th grade reading leveling should make this easy comprehend
PHD in being the Prez?!
