Well sometimes the insensitive and inconsiderate stuff is better than the coddling that don't help people move forward IMO. If your method is to keep people back coddling them you also go ahead. At the end of the day people can say I'm whatever but they almost always realize I do it from a place of actual help not no bullshyt you 300lbs but you doing good for yourself type of shyt.
