this is a problem tooBecause the Democrats have been doing too much over the past decade or so.
i'm tired of watching the Democrats be the party of weird fakkitry, and pandering to illegal immigrants

republicans are simply better at selling itit's like the one thing they actually do effectively
what's republicans' message on the economy? "big business. capitalism. cutting taxes. big money for everyone, high stock market, creating jobs", etc. it's all bullshyt, but to the average voter, it just sounds better
This shift seems to be driven primarily by young men's prioritization of economic issues, while young women prioritize issues like abortion. However, I still don't understand how men who claim their biggest concern is the economy, especially those without a college degree and who are part of the manual labor force, can view Republicans as the solution. The Republican Party has led efforts to weaken the labor movement in favor of corporations. I also don't understand the support for their tax cuts. It seems that the perception of masculinity matters more than anything else, especially with Trump showing up at UFC events and appearing on podcasts of popular white male influencers.
The conclusion is odd, though. The video admits that young women are more active voters compared to young men and that young men's support for Republicans doesn't necessarily translate to votes. Yet, it concludes that Democrats need to focus on attracting this group to win. Shouldn't it be the other way around? While it's true that the Democrats need to work on attracting young men, the Republican Party also faces the challenge of appealing to young women, who traditionally vote at higher rates than young men.
but democrats don't brag about how well stocks and jobs do, because it would offend a bunch of fakkits on the far left who say "capitalism bad" and cry all day about how unfair corporations are. so they act ashamed of themselves. and look at gas prices. biden is pumping more oil, right now, than trump EVER did, but yet they won't fukking brag about it, because it would offend progressives who cry about the environmentwe are currently under theregime and the stock market is hovering near all time highs and has been going HAM for damn near the last year straight. if that's what they base their vote on, then the choice is obvious just going off the numbers.
I agree with this.I don’t believe the economy is their biggest concern. They’re voting for republicans because of social issues/culture wars
incel mostly are just vocalizing not being able to get what they consider the "traditional" family.Incel and right winged movement same thing
I'm not sure that it's sexual frustration but moreso feeling like you're being listened to, not judged and have someone at least attempting to understand your point of view and may even understand where you're coming from (whether or not this is coming from a genuine place is irrelevant).
A lot of folks on the left like to take a better than you approach when discussing these men too. Not helpful.
A huge factor that no one wants to talk about is sexual frustration. Its leading many young men to gravitate toward right wing ideologies to explain away their misfortunes in the sexual/dating market.
The economy and their ability to "succeed" in it is a part of thatI don’t believe the economy is their biggest concern. They’re voting for republicans because of social issues/culture wars
/threadLiberal culture loves demeaning young men, you can’t attract men when you keep pushing the narrative that they’re the problem even while they’re falling further behind
Incel and right winged movement same thing
