Because the Democrats have been doing too much over the past decade or so.
this is a problem too

i'm tired of watching the Democrats be the party of weird fakkitry, and pandering to illegal immigrants :camby: the far left is a fukking embarrassment, and they drag down the credibility of the entire party

republicans are simply better at selling it :yeshrug:it's like the one thing they actually do effectively

what's republicans' message on the economy? "big business. capitalism. cutting taxes. big money for everyone, high stock market, creating jobs", etc. it's all bullshyt, but to the average voter, it just sounds better

we are currently under the :smugbiden: regime and the stock market is hovering near all time highs and has been going HAM for damn near the last year straight. if that's what they base their vote on, then the choice is obvious just going off the numbers.

This shift seems to be driven primarily by young men's prioritization of economic issues, while young women prioritize issues like abortion. However, I still don't understand how men who claim their biggest concern is the economy, especially those without a college degree and who are part of the manual labor force, can view Republicans as the solution. The Republican Party has led efforts to weaken the labor movement in favor of corporations. I also don't understand the support for their tax cuts. It seems that the perception of masculinity matters more than anything else, especially with Trump showing up at UFC events and appearing on podcasts of popular white male influencers.

The conclusion is odd, though. The video admits that young women are more active voters compared to young men and that young men's support for Republicans doesn't necessarily translate to votes. Yet, it concludes that Democrats need to focus on attracting this group to win. Shouldn't it be the other way around? While it's true that the Democrats need to work on attracting young men, the Republican Party also faces the challenge of appealing to young women, who traditionally vote at higher rates than young men.

I don’t believe the economy is their biggest concern. They’re voting for republicans because of social issues/culture wars

but democrats don't brag about how well stocks and jobs do, because it would offend a bunch of fakkits on the far left who say "capitalism bad" and cry all day about how unfair corporations are. so they act ashamed of themselves. and look at gas prices. biden is pumping more oil, right now, than trump EVER did, but yet they won't fukking brag about it, because it would offend progressives who cry about the environment

instead, the Democrats are the party of this :snoop:

who the hell wants to be associated with this? :camby:of course young men don't want to be part of this. this isn't cool :mjlol:

I'm not sure that it's sexual frustration but moreso feeling like you're being listened to, not judged and have someone at least attempting to understand your point of view and may even understand where you're coming from (whether or not this is coming from a genuine place is irrelevant).

A lot of folks on the left like to take a better than you approach when discussing these men too. Not helpful.

That’s their problem.:yeshrug:
Their point of view is usually antagonistic towards other groups of people; how can they expect others to be patient and hear them out when damn near everything they believe is based in hatred or some form of oppression?
The world has changed significantly, and society has yet to encourage a healthy change in the foundation of men’s health, and until it does young men will continue to be stagnant.

Don't have that much engagement with young men but in somewhere like San Diego, which runs pretty conservative, a lot of young men are pretty conservative when it comes to politics and women. And yeah, it's social media and their influencers. That's who they get all this from. People like Andrew Tate are revered in a lot of these communities. My guess is even at liberal colleges this is also true.

Where there is responsibility on the Democratic side, it's that yeah, they need to find a male voice that people like, who isn't an intellectual in the Obama/Romney/Kerry/JD Vance way.

A huge factor that no one wants to talk about is sexual frustration. Its leading many young men to gravitate toward right wing ideologies to explain away their misfortunes in the sexual/dating market.
:what::dahell::why::mjlol:

Y'all say the most wildest, :duck:, things on this subforum. That has nothing to do with voting patterns. :dead:

and I will say that at 38, barely missed the window to be a sociial media addict, but so grateful I am not. That influencer prankster shyt, the Logal Paul, whoever that Adin Ross, all these kids is just p*ssy shyt to me. Never been THAT much of a follower, but a lot of it is just being caught in the currents of the world. On the low makes me sick to see grown men giggling and laughing about that weak shyt.

The lines being drawn that I see are rural versus urban and college-educated versus none. The democratic party made a transition to college-educated folks sometime in the 90's because I believe that's where they thought most of the country was headed. That was an okie-doke because not everyone can nor everyone wants to go to college.

Funny thing is, everyone shouldn't go to college. We need a diverse workforce. The people being left out, that aren't flat out idiots or racist are frustrated with their position in society and gravitate to strongman leadership. It's happening all over the world. Problem is Trump and most of the right wing strongmen are idiots too.

Incel and right winged movement same thing

Andrew Tate goes hard against anything liberal. His followers are hardcore Trump supporters, in hopes of smashing dimepiece hoes for no effort.

young white men.....they starting to lean more right on a global scale due to the 1% hoarding all the wealth and they of course blame the people with melanin instead of focusing on the real issue because it would be tougher and they are afraid/respect rich folk.

Thats why i don't think Kamala will win.....you supposed to tell me CACS who didn't even vote for their own blond haired blue eyed woman called Hillary will somehow vote for this woman of color who just came in the race? dudes are delusional.
